Walls coming down -- fireplace with the old mantle/overmantle -- ancient tiled floors....

What a difference!

If any alumni happen to be passing through the south-west Ohio/Cincinnati area, I'd LOVE to have people stop in.  I didn't make a lot of good friends at Bitburg, and it pains me now to think about the great friendships I missed out on because I spent my first year at Bitburg in shock adjusting to a move to a new school after having lived my entire life in the same small town and the second year was just tooooooooo short -- especially when I figured out too late that military kids have to make friends quickly as their stays are never very long!  Cheryl BURTON Bogen ’68
