Jimmy Cobb ’63  We have been in overdrive for the last month.   I have to replace the windows and lap siding on the upstairs studio in my home.  Bad timing on my part as the weather is in the mid 90's everyday.  Lana helped me hold the boards and for a couple of OLD farts I think we did a good job.

I am having the flat rubber roof that I am standing on replaced.  Trying to get everything in top notch shape before I retire -AGAIN! 

 

The house will be paid for in 6 months.  Thank goodness.... 

I love the lot and location but it does require constant work.  I still continue to lose trees from the previous drought.  I have two acres so I can afford to lose a few.

 

Just may do all this work then decide to downsize my responsibilities.
